Band Industries
A leading music-technology startup based in Seattle and Beirut that raised over $1,000,000 on crowdfunding platforms. They create impactful innovations that enhance the lives of musicians through technology.
This was my introduction to startups and company hierarchy, project lifecycle, working within a multidisciplinary team, and reporting to different stakeholders: from mechanical engineers and designers, to product and business owners.
I was tasked with building the front-end of their new website, and then helping out with the realtime packet transfer of data for the now released Roadie Coach.
AUB Course Trader
A complementary college registration tool for AUB students.
The project included an intuitive semester planner, a course and teacher index to aggregate all information in one place. Over 3,000 registered students could get notifications for class updates.
I built this tool using PHP,HTML, CSS, and setup a VPS to host the site, in addition to some cron jobs, and webscrapers. I got the chance to present this tool in front of professors, administration, and a startup competition!
Khod
Your go-to app for realtime Lebanese Lira Exchange Rate information.
I built an Android and iOS mobile application that leverages web scrapers to deliver a seamless realtime experience to Lebanese users in an effort to mitigate the hyperinflation and devaluation against the United States Dollar.
The app reached more than 100,000 downloads, and allowed me to collaborate with famous influencers and stakeholders in the country.
